Mediation is gaining prominence nationally and internationally. This service is an alternative, private process to out-of-court settlements over disputes. For many companies and institutions it constitutes a meaningful supplement or alternative to classical litigation based before the state courts.

Mediation Fees:
Mediation fees are based on the agreement established between the parties within the mediation contract. These fees may be calculated on hourly basis, as daily flat rate or as a percentage of the amount involved in the particular case.
